Each pair of participants shares a fully equipped mini design studio. I provide the tools, materials, creative resources, and professional guidance needed to explore the design process hands-on.
It begins with “What if?”
What if you combined those colors? Created a character? Turned a little piece of fabric into something unexpected?
No design or sewing experience is needed—just curiosity, imagination, and a willingness to discover what you can create.
Every participant makes their own creative choices and takes home something they brought to life.

I’m Tuwanda Chandler, founder and creative visionary behind Fashioning Imagination™. For more than 26 years, I’ve brought ideas to life through fashion, costume design, and sewing.
At nine, I began asking: What if? That question has guided a career of bringing what’s in my imagination to life.
Now, through Fashioning Imagination™, I invite others to imagine, experiment, make creative choices, and see their own ideas take shape.
My background includes a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design from Alabama A&M University and 19 years of cosplay.

No design or sewing experience is needed. Templates, demonstrations, and individual support help participants get started.
Do you need to book the whole series?
No. All six programs are standalone and can be booked individually.
How long are the programs?
Iconic Fashion Doll Design Studio™ lasts three hours for up to 10 participants. The other five programs last two hours for up to 16 participants.
